The concrete seisimic proof structure of our Yacht House in Crimea, described by some as the ‘Thunderbirds House’, has just reached completion.

The house is designed as an integral whole with the yacht storage and complements the pier jutting out at sea onto which the yacht will be lifted and brought to the storage space on the lower floor on permanent rails.

It is designed in order to maximise the views towards the sea from within the living spaces, and to allow the use of 5 offset for privacy sunbathing balconies and terraces.
