Robin Monotti Architects submitted their competition design for the Contemporary Architecture Foundation in Cordoba. The building completes the urban block on the Calle, and provides a side alley to cut through the block, which allows a view of the columns of theRoman Temple. A pattern of repetition with variation is used to position the window openings at higher level, whereas a basalt clad base ancors the building to the ground, below which is a dug out chamber with Roman ruins.
